Stripeが領収書を送信します。決済確認後、EXITPLANが提供確認と専用ダウンロードリンクを別途送信します。決済後7日以内にファイルをダウンロードしてください。提供に失敗した場合は、再提供または返金についてご連絡ください。未払いの保留注文は24時間後に失効します。回答とPDFは暗号化され、ダウンロード期間終了後に当社の提供システムから削除されます。ブラウザーは回答をlocalStorageに保存しません。Stripeは決済情報と請求先情報を受け取りますが、ワークシートの回答は受け取りません。Supabase、Netlify、当社の取引関連メールのサービス提供者は、サービス提供のためにデータを処理します。会計および返金の記録は、該当会計年度の終了後5年間保存されます。計画に関する回答は含まれません。プライバシーに関する権利の行使については当社にご連絡ください。ノルウェーのデータ保護当局Datatilsynetに苦情を申し立てることもできます。

You receive two personalised PDF preparation worksheets: inheritance wishes and future representation. Each includes a checklist for discussing your wishes with a qualified local professional. The one-time total price is GBP 118 for the England & Wales package or USD 158 for the US/Anywhere package, including any applicable tax. No subscription. For new purchases, Stripe Managed Payments is the merchant of record through the seller identified at checkout. Stripe handles payment and indirect taxes within its tax coverage, and issues your payment receipt and any applicable tax invoice. Where Stripe does not assume indirect-tax liability, LH COLLECTION AS remains responsible for applicable tax obligations. Stripe may offer payment in a local currency; its quoted exchange rate includes a conversion fee shown before payment. You can choose the original price currency instead. Your bank may charge its own conversion fee. Checkout is available in the listed countries supported by Stripe Managed Payments, subject to Stripe eligibility restrictions. A confirmed payment is not automatically refunded, and delivery is not withheld, solely because of the billing country or which party handles indirect tax. This does not limit your refund or consumer rights.
Check your answers before purchase. We request your express consent to begin preparing and delivering your digital files immediately after confirmed payment. We voluntarily offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, including after download; this does not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies for defective or misdescribed content. Contact us with the order reference to request a refund. Stripe also provides transaction support through the contact information on its receipt; our 14-day promise does not restrict additional rights or refunds available from Stripe. A full refund closes future download access.
Stripe sends your payment receipt. EXITPLAN separately sends a delivery confirmation and private download link after verified payment. Download your files within seven days of payment. If delivery fails, contact us for replacement or refund. Pending unpaid orders expire after 24 hours. Your answers and PDFs are encrypted and deleted from our delivery system after the download period. The browser does not save answers in localStorage. Stripe receives payment and billing details, not worksheet answers. Supabase, Netlify and our transactional email provider process data to deliver the service. Accounting and refund records are retained for five years after the end of the accounting year; they do not contain your planning answers. Contact us to exercise privacy rights or complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
